i captured a music video and i want to put the mp3 over the video but am unsure of a good way to do it and have the audio match the lips of the video. I have tried just making the mp3 into a wav and loading the avi into TMPGenc and the wav then encoding, but the sound is slightly off and i dont know what else to do now. any help would be appreciated

In TMPGenc to correct sound offsets:
Load in files - press Settings Button - go to Advanced tab - select Source Range then double click it - at bottom see Audio Gap Correct and use negative numbers or positive numbers to adjust the audio a bit to sync.
Good luck, Da Kitty
