Hi,
You're looking for a Plextor M402U USB Capture Unit, It has onboard Hardware encoding for MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and DivX. I've been using mine with my laptop for about a year now, and it's a great piece of hardware but you will need better software than it comes with for best results, Believe it or not the capture quality is best with the DivX encoder at it's default settings. www.plextor.com
