I just bought a set of smart carts for my R200 from printforless and after filling the set the Light Magenta was about 85% gone the next day. When I first installed the set, I ran a cleaning, printed a test page and all was fine. Did a few print jobs, all went well. Went to print the next day an noticed the ink had gone down on all the carts (my guess the cleaning and printing combined), but saw the Light Magenta was almost dry as a bone? Any ideas what may have cause this. I refilled the (LM) and once again in about 30 mins it was gone? All the other colors seem fine it's just the Light magenta cart that is not working properly?
All caps are on tightly.

Is the ink physically gone, or is it just being reported as gone?

Now my Yellow is empty. This is such a waste now. $60 for carts that don't work.......

There's only two reasons if it's physically gone. Leaks or evaporation, but evaporation is unlikely at the rate you're losing it. There's a sponge/reservoir under where the heads are "parked" when not in use. Check to see if it's saturated. If it is, your carts are leaking.

I've figured it to be the carts leaking and am trying to get in touch with the vendor (printforless) to get 2 replacement carts, but no response in 2 days. Looks like i'll never be using them again for anything

Amazing concidence - Welcome to the club - I wonder if that company is related to print on a dime. I also paid nearly $60 for empty cartridges and noticed problems from the beginning, but in my case the reset chips act weird - At 20% they reset back to 100%, and not all colors at the same time, so each time a new color resets, print goes into a 3% cleaning cycle, until all 6 eventually reset and nearly 20% of ink is wasted ! Chips are not resetting at 90% as advertised - Same here contacted seller does not respond
