I am encoding with Tmpgenc 2.54 with these settings:
2pass VBR, max 9800, avg 9000, min 2000
source is pal dv avi file
high quality motion search, 10 bit dc precision
I find very visible mosquito noise, especially around edges, although it is all over the picture.
Could you suggest me how to eliminate this, please?
I can't understand why it happens even with bitrates as high as those above.
