    Hi There:

    When I convert a movie using MM2D, open it in quicktime, and import the audio it's always in sync perfectly.

    However when I use MM2C it's not. Does anyone know why this is???

    The two programs use different methods of converting the m2v files. They use different file libs and thus have different outputs. I'm sure there are other reasons, but these are probely the most sigifigent.
