    I haven't been backing up my DVD movies for about six months and couldn't make backups. I asked you guys what changed and how I could solve my problem. I received my answer immediatey and was on my way to successful back-ups I would just like to say, "THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR HELP. THIS IS A GREAT WEBSITE!!!" RUSS
