I'm trying to make 1 DVD out of 2 DVD's. I've been trying to studing IfoEdit, but if i'm correct you can only replace a VOB by a new MPEG-stream and when i try to replace it with a new VOB it says it has synchronising problems. Any suggestions?

Yes but if i combine them in DVDShrink, it makes it in to one big movie and i can't use the remote control anymore to switch to the next movie.

Rip both DVDs to mpeg files, then use an authoring program to put both on one disk.

Yup...I've used TDA to do it, each on it's own track.
