    I just downloaded the Lagarith codec and installed it by right clicking to install, but it doesn't show up in Vegas. How am I able to install it so I can use it in Vegas? I know this is probably easy to do but I haven't intalled plugins in Vegas so I don't know how it works.

    it will show up - look under custom settings in the AVI section under render settings .....

    you dont have to do anything else (in terms of install) other than the codec and project configuration when u render ....
