I am trying to encode for a psp.
I tried Instant Handbrake and then ffmpeg. That seemed to work but the audio was gone after 3/4 of the movie.
So I then tried Mac The Ripper and let iPSP encode the vobs. That worked but the psp will not recognize the mp4 file. Acts like it does not even exist.
So I thought I would try dragging the video ts folder into ffmpeg and let it do all the encoding.
Tring to set it to H.264 PSP.
Using the video ts file it fails immediatety. I am pretty sure I installed the mencode and other binaries that where required when I installed ffmpeg.
Is there something else I am doing wrong??

The PSP preset uses the ffmpeg engine, which doesn't support a VIDEO_TS folder as input. Rip as single VOB file, or concatenate the various VOBs to one or convert to some other format first using the mencoder engine. You can find these engines mentioned in the preset names and also see them in the video 'window' of the target format section.
