Jumpers incorrectly set should result in whole drive missing and not just a single logical drive in the extended DOS partition, and jumpers are correctly set. I think most likely it's something to do with missing files from the System Volume Information folder, but I've found no info on how to recreate or recover those files.

The last logical drive in extended DOS partition has not yet vanished again since doing the additional Windows install on that drive which was my purpose in doing that. It seems ludicrous to have to resort that, but I've been unable to find any other solution. Fortunately I don't need the storage space used by Windows on that drive.
