    Hey,

My problem is I have a 23fps(NSTC) avi which I converted to 25fps(PAL) thru CCE, I stripped the AC3 audio before hand thru VDub. I followed the CCE guide to the letter and when I joined the Vid/Aud with tmpenc author the finished file was out of sync!

OK, so I believe that the audio now requires converting to 25fps too? Am I right?, so I got myself Besweet Gui, set it up correctly (including d/lowning the missing ac3enc.dll file) and run the audio thru it.

So now I added both files Vid/and new audio to Tmpgenc author and I have no sound!

what should I being doing correctly? I am willing to learn

Try the AC3 file in VLC, does it work ok and have the correct length?

There are two ways of going from NTSC 23.976fps to PAL 25fps. One is to use the DGPulldown method in which the video is the same length and thus no audio file trickery is needed.

The other method is to speed up the fps from 23.976fps to 25fps without adding any frames. When you do that you have to adjust the length of the audio as well.
