    I have a CD RW& 16 XDVD
    I'd like to burn my Win Vista under RAR, I choose part 1.RAR, it said "Error Verifying ISO image"

    what does it mean? HOw can I burn under RAR files?

    I'm not sure, have you tried asking the company/person that provided you with the ISO?

    Is it an ISO file compressed into rars? Use Winrar to expand. Also, if there's a "part1" you probbaly need the other parts.
