    when I drag a video to my scenario editor, I get a "failed to create navigation object" error. Does anybody know anything about Scenarist or can lead me to another forum or guide?

    YOu don't mention what type of file (other than video) that you are dragging in. Scenarist requires elementary stream files only and make sure that they are DVD compliant. Make sure that you have separate video and audio files. Maybe use TMPGenc to de-mux.

    ok basically i am trying to get a basic menu going to learn on. I ripped the menu video from the matrix DVD and demultiplexed it in TMPGEnc.
