Hi i just made converted a divx to a mpeg1 file but the divx files is around 700mb but the mpeg1 files is 2.5 gigas. can anyone tell me how to make the size of the mpeg1 smaller thanx. i'm using TMPGEnc by the way.

If you have made a standard VCD out of your .avi, and want to keep it standard, there is little you can do... But there is the option of chopping your VCD compliant mpeg file into several smaller files to fit nicely on CD:s (Tmpgenc has File|MPEG Tools > Cut & Merge (Just be sure to select VCD as output [Made the blunder there myself ;)])
