    Hi everyone. I'm trying to encode an avi with subtitles to VCD. I've followed the instructions on the website and everything looks great when I preview it. But when I click the encode button, the ffmpegX process window shows up and the encoding is "finished" almost right away and the output file isn't on my hd. Can anyone help?
