    How do you convert the *.mpg file created using TMpgEnc to DVD (VOB files)?

    Any suggestions?

    That process is called Authoring. Lots of tools and guides to the left.

    Yes assuming its a dvd compatible file just open a dvd authoring program and load the file. From there you can author the menus and whatever you want. The guides under authoring will help you as gadgetguy said.
