    Hi,I have footage in Premiere video+audio.
    I want to add some commentary on another audio layer.How I can do it??

    Old Premiere supported up to 99 audio channels. Premiere Pro is unlimited.

    A DVD mux can contain up to 8 PCM channels or a mix of AC-3 channels. A DVD authoring program such as Encore will support authoring multiple audio tracks.

    Thanks but I need to know how to over dubb the voice.I mean through the Line in with microphone inside the Premiere??

    I'd just use Audacity
    http://audacity.sourceforge.net/about/
    And import the wave into a new Premiere audio track.

    You would need a PC microphone.
    For better quality, use a pro mic and a mic preamp like this
