Apart from VCD and DVD what else can have interactive videos
I seen divx has it but stilll i don't see it as great as vcd or dvd
same goes for real media, ms wmv and mov that uses smil but I don't like them.
What formats have same features as dvd and vcd ?

You've about covered it. As standards set for VCD/SVCD/DVD support menus, those are the only formats that support them.

The new xvid codec supposedly has/will have limited menu support, but I have yet to see it in action.

I would hardly call VCD menus interactive. That latest Divx also supports some form of menu system, but few (if any) hardware players support it.

mkv also has menu support and mp4 supports menus and other interactive features. Neither really has much playback support currently. In fact last time I tested mkv menus with VLC it just crashed.

Quicktime I believe can make use of flash for menus. Flash now supports VP6 for video so you could use it by itself with reasonable quality.
