Hi,dlj111. I have a new PSP. And a friend recommend me a free video tool-PSP Video Manager. I think it a very good software and it can help you solve your problem.
It can import PSP MPEG4 files to PSP and also export PSP MPEG4 files located in PSP to computer. While importing PSP video files, you can select whether or not keep the original files. It can rename PSP PSP MPEG4 files to play in Sony PSP. It is easy to use.
