i have a very old vhs b type movie,thats outta circ and will never see dvd,,i captured to pc several times but get that bounce in the picture,,i cant afford to buy a supervhs for one use and dont have a dv cam,,so i was wondering if theres a way to record to my dishnet dvr then tranfer to pc from there???thanks for any help and suggesstions

no,
Dishnetwork PVR's simply record the mpeg-2 program stream to a hard drive, they don't encode anything at all.
