    Is this a decent deal?

CompUSA is selling a 25 pack spindle of DVD+R DL 2.4X for 79.99.

    Thats like $3.20 each.

    Decent?

If you ever have a dispute with CompUSA expect this...

After 10 plus phone messages to store with no response or even call back +show up and manager on duty agrees you have been given toast, then promises to get back to you with answers and doesn't...twice (differnet people). Then you place a hold on your credit card and use Google to find your CompUSA Regional Sales Manager and call them with your problem over voicemail. Be sure to mention your VISA payment has been placed in dispute with bank
    .
Days pass with no response. Then you call local store again. This time be sure to mention your appeal to regional manager. Long hold ... then duty manager gets on line motivated to help. This may require repeated attempts for each of three 8 hr shifts.

Then they might want to take your call. They did finally take mine. Cool eh?

Then I describe my problem and get action so long as I release credit hold when unit is returned to spec. I agree..

This only applies if you spend $500 or more, apply for payment hold and it still may not work.

    Buyer beware.

I tried some ritek D01's.They only play on about 60% of the dvd players i tried.I'm using verbatim or any other mkm coded discs i can find.I believe dynex, mitsubishi and philips are also mkm's.I don't know where to find anything but verbatim right now.
