MDP-130 Lock ups on analog capture

MyHD Mdp-130 Analog capture lock up

have a MyHD MDP130 and it works great in HD mode...till I try to capture analog.

Whenever I capture analog, it seems to be working fine, until I press stop to stop the recording. Then it locks the MyHD application and the only way to get it working is to reboot.

This only happens in analog mode. I have tried to update my software and drivers to the latest version and it still happens.

I have all the latest firmware updates and intel motherboard drivers.

I have also swapped out my card with the retailer for a new one to eliminate a hardware malfunction.

I am running an ASUS P5D2-E, P4 3.2G Hyperthreading CPU with 1 GIG DDR2 Ram and a PCI Express Video card.

It has been suggested by another that the current version of MIT's software does not support P4 Hyperthreading and that is the issue...

Any suggestions? Anyone else have a similar system which works (or doesn't work) in analog?

Well, I have an MDP-120 card, using the latest non beta drivers with an athlonXP based system, and I cannot capture any analog video with it, no matter what settings, but digital capture works perfectly. Sometimes I get the crash when I hit stop, but most of the time it crashes as soon as I hit record. I have moved the card around in my systems, and in past systems, analog capture did work on a P3 based system, but the drivers were also older at the time.

I got mine to work. Make sure you are recording your audio to stereo mix and that stereo mix is selected on your sound card, advanced options, recording.

Yeah, same here. Digital captures are spectacular (especially 720p material), and record perfectly but analog just doesn't work very well.
