I have a VCD that can't play DAT files or even play it any player and seems not playable in PC but it play charming in STANDALONE VCD PLAYER, after checking it I've noticed that this CD's session have marked with "DIGITAL COPY PROHIBITED", but I could make copy of it in NERO by DISK to DISK but does any one know how can I "BURN another CD and MARK IT as DIGITAL COPY PROHIBITED?"
Thank you.

Virtually everything ignores the copy protection bit. It doesn't really matter whether it's set or not.
