    I am looking for an editing tool online that I can actually edit the screen size of a video. I have found plenty where I can do almost everything except that to my knowledge. Basically, Im looking for something that will allow me to crop a video picture for editing.

    Any ideas?

    Virtualdub > filters > null transform: allows for cropping and/or adding borders
