  1. Since this media is going on sale sunday at a good price I was wondering if it was worth buying? Sometimes I have projects that only take 2 to 3 gig on a disk and if this will work up to 4gig I'd be interested as a cheap(Frugal) alternative to brand name media such a Ricoh or Ty

    Thanks

  2. Shoot, just buy one pack of it and give it a whirl. Inexpensive doesn't always mean cheap.

Same ID as the Phillips 8X +R discs I picked up a few weeks ago.. those burnt pretty well. This is a good deal by Staples.

I have had the -R media 2x now and no coasters or no-plays in various stand alone players. look @ the review in the media guide if interested. The +R I am not sure of. I use A Memorex burner which is an NEC-2520 clone. I still prefer Linkyo from supermediastore. 8x burns @ 12x in my drive

  6. Yes it burns at 12X for you, but what about a price comparison between Linkyo & the staples. I'd even burn em at 2X, I don't I burn everything at 4X, if that was what it took for this price.

I tried em out + & - and went back and stocked up.

    Cheers
