any way to capture wit the black bars at the top & bottom

i wanna be able to capture a movie in like a widescreen format with the black bars at the top and bottom from a fullscreen source.

usually to acheive this effect i capture it in full screen and then re-encode wit tmpg to get the black bars.


are there any ways or programs to do a realtime capture and achieve the widescreen result wit the bars.


cuzz i dont wanna keep reencoding...dats a waste of time..sometimes
