re-use video

I created a DVD with two video tracks last christmas.. I made two copies of it for approval, and have since had a hard drive crash holding the original files.. Now I need to burn another DVD using the same video tracks, but add some pictures to it.. How can I exactly use the video already on the DVDR? Pulling it off as a VOB, I can't use it in DVD Architect.. I don't want to re-compress it if at all possible, it was fairly poor video to begin with..

Demux the audio and video out to elementary streams and you can reauthor with them in pretty much anything. There are a lot of programs that can do this - dvd decrypter, muxman etc.
