    I unpacked a movie which i downloaded and it consists of 49 parts which have the ending .001 .002 and so on. When i try to play the parts with VLC it only plays the first part of the movie with the ending .001 and not the other parts. Are the other parts of the movie damaged or how do i play them? Thank you for any info.

    You have to join all the parts together into one big file. Look into file splitting tools...

    Unpack the movie with WinRAR. This should result in a single file.
