    The VCD Help forum is a fantastic place to search for help on just about any question you can think of for Video. Does anyone know of a similar
    web site for Windows,... where normal people can ask questions and get some answers from those who know about the Operating Systems.

    I've tried Microsoft and gotten nowhere. I need to know a site for Windows ME, Office 2000, and Norton's 2000 applications.

    Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
