  1. I have this progam and have only used it a couple times. When I open it up it says "please insert a DVD, CD, or PS2 game." I'm trying to back up a copy of one of my older PS2 games that is somewhat scratched. I tried it with a good, unscratched PS2 game, but my PS2 won't read it. I tried both Ridata DVD+Rs and TDK DVD-Rs and neither worked. Anyone have any success with this or coping PS2 games in general? Can it even be done?

  2. um no. you need a mod chip.

  3. If you have a network adapter you can attach an ATA Hard Drive and copy your games directly onto your PS2 drive. You will need something like HDLoader to do it, but soldering in a modchip can be a daunting task.

Or you can get the Swap Magic 3 discs and a flip top cover. It does not work for dual-layer DVDs though but there are just a few (like 3-4) games that big.
