  1. Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me with this problem. I purchased Popcorn with the assupmption that it will help me burning movies to dvd that are "too large to fit". Popcorn has an "sit" extension, and i was told that i have to use Stuffitt in order to use Popcorn. Thus far i'm having a terrible time trying to get the "exe" for Popcorn using Stuffit . I paid $49.00 US dollar for Popcorn, maybe it's something i'm doing wrong, or maybe this Popcorn is not for me and i should get my money back. has anyone experienced this problem? am i at fault? Is Popcorn the proper tool to use for this project? If not, what then? Appreciate your help guys.

Isn't Stuffit a Mac file compression utility? I'd imagine if you wanted to open this file, you may want to unpack it with Stuffit first. Of course, if you don't own a Mac you may be screwed.

Stuffit runs on mac and PC however I would guess that Popcorn is mac only. If it was PC they would have used .zip.

Yep just had a look at the Roxio site. It might have been in French but a Mac logo is the same in any language.

  4. did you buy "Roxio Popcorn - DVD Copy Software for Mac"?

"for Mac" usually means that it will not work on a PC.

If you are using a PC then take a look at DVDShrink. It's free,
