Hi,
I have an MPEG2 which I desperately want to get onto a DV camera, so I could then put it onto my VCR, without losing quality. I have simply tried playing the MPEG2 in fullscreen and used my s-video out port on my video card to record on my VCR, but the widescreen aspect is cut off and it looks likes crap. Is there anyway I can export this MPEG2 file onto a DV camera? I have Premiere 6, a pyro dv firewire card, and Pinnacle Studio 7. If anyone could help that would be awesome.
Cheers

hergs,
DV cameras speak one language: DV. To transfer an MPEG2 or any other format, you must first convert it to DV. I've tried with Premiere and it worked fairly well. Just import the MPEG2, and then save movie in DV format.
