    Any other programs other than Nero that will successfully burn a SeVCD movie?
    Opinions of any previous users as to success rate of burns and general quality comparison to regular VCD?

    As i'm the author of the Template I will not comment on quality since it would seem bribed, but regarding how to Author, you can use TSCV and VCDEasy as well if you like, i've tested them to both work correctly.

    Quality is in the eye of the beholder, the Templates should give you atleast VCD Quality.
