Suggestions for capture card to use with PicVideo MJPEG?

Please give me your suggestions / opinions on cards to use with PicVideo MJPEG codec. I will want to make VCD and Ulead Videostudio to edit between capture and final encode using Panasonic / TMPGEnc.

Ulead allows projects using PicVideo codec but I need a card to capture with.

DC10+ captures to MJPEG in hardware!

I have been using a DC10+ for a couple of weeks now and sadly have become yet another victim of the Pinnacle / VIA chipset incompatability issue.

At first it looked like the DC10+ would be okay but now crash after hang after freeze after bootup failure I have removed it and guess what my PC is fine again.....

So I am definately in the market now for a simple TV type card like the the WinTV FM but would just like to know what BT878 cards other's are using when capturing using PicVideo or HuffYUV.
