having said that, I don't see what the problem is with this thread. I think it's funny that people are so hard-up for belief systems that they were fished in by the veiled promises on that page, only to find it was a comeon for a porno site.

I take that back... it's not that they are hard up for a belief system, it's that they are so wishy-washy in thier beliefs that they require physical proof of a metaphysical state.

If you have faith in the afterlife, you shouldn't need snapshots to back it up.

well, I would think that if it was hacked, we'll see a horrified retraction on the site by tomorrow, disavowing the pron link...

think about it - how many of the fished-in would send them angry e-mails about a pron link in place of the photos of the afterlife? There is no way they could NOT know the page got hijacked.

So if it's still a valid link tomorrow...

I would also suggest a WHOIS search for Ape51 and see who registered that domain... I found it interesting that the same organization that registered this page registered the www.14may2003.com page....
