short answer - probably not.
long answer - the last time a site like this rolled out, it turned out to be an ad for a conspiracy thriller novel.
but the key for me is.. how did you stumble on it? I doubt you were searching for it expressly. Check the source code in the header -

Its a hoax, no doubt. If these photo's were so 'world changing' why wait til May14th? Why no post them today? I wouldn't waste my time on that site

Of course its a hoax.....If you had that kind of story, that kind of news, you would in fac tbe on the 6 oclock news TODAY. If it were true and you waited till May 14th, you'd be dead.

Hmmmm.
If you check the 'whois' domain register for 14thmay2003, the site is owned by the Liber Foundation who reckon they've got some breaking news about life after death or something.

But ...when you click on the link in the 'pressroom' section, it takes you to a page offering porn and stuff. So it's all rubbish as far as I'm concerned.
