Pro-Logic in VCD

I have been trying to get Pro-Logic II in my VCD of an air-show I taped. I setup 5 mics to capture the sound, and put them on my computer. What is the easiest way to convert those into a Pro-Logic II Wav file? What programs do i need? Please let me know and what I have to do in each program. Thanks
