What is a "DVD Screener" ? v. a DVD Rip ?

DVD screener is a DVD given to critics. To you know, rate the movie and stuff.

A DVD Screener is the same thing as a VHS Screener but VHS is outdated now so they moved on hince better Q in a DVD Screener...same thing most the time as a retail DVD but will have "Property of BLAH BLAH MONKEY ASS" or "If you have bought this copy please call 1-800-im-a-retard-for-calling-this-number" DVD Scr are sent to like Stores or Magazines or Finezines and stuff for Reviews but sometimes (more than often) get leaked onto the internet. gotta love it
