Need help with VirualDub...

Ok, here it is.
I want to convert DivX or Xvid (I'm not quiet sure what it is - The movie ring deity) to vcd so I can watch it in my DVD Player. Now, in order to do that, I first of all open the file in virtualdub and then save it as an uncompressed file so I can convert it in Tmpgenc, I do that by simply pushing Video --> Direct stream copy and then audio --> full processing mode and then file --> save as avi... . Now, the problem is that when I do push save, it gives me an erorr that says "No audio decompressor could be found to decompress the source audio format", any idea any1...?
