  1. Hi every body new to this forum. Hope someone out there know about this
I recently purchase a capture card.
    The chipset is ZORAN ZR36120PQC
And the onboard capture CPU is PHILIPS SAA 7110A.
Problem is it only come with driver for 95 but I found the driver from their website forget it now have to dig it out again. It's for 98 and NT4 .
I tried it on ME the driver install without any problem but when I tried to use WindowsME movie maker or VirtualDub to do capture. They do see the capture card and the driver but just nothing happen. And you know as usual windows give you that "there is some problem with your card etc etc " never helpful messege.
Just want to know if anyone out there actually have a card like this one. And actually get it working.
BTW I read from some page I search on google they claim that there's some software can use this card under Linux (I tried it on Mandrake 8 and SuSE 7.2) Both see the card as a ISDN card which is weird.

  2. Are these the same cards that litter ebay by the hundreds? Someone is advertizing them heavily.

Is the card just a capture or TV/Capture ?

ATI used a lot of cards with Philips chipsets packaged with graphics cards.
