TMPGenc crashes

I am trying to convert a music video and every time i load it in TMPGenc the program will freeze up where i have to restart my computer. I have been able to convert the video from the music vid alone alright but when i try to convert it with the sound it crashes. I also have tried converting the sound to a wave file then trying but i get the same thing. Also i checked for bad frames in the video and found none. I have been able to convert other Music Videos with no problem just this one.

try repairing the file. it might be corrupted somehow.
