You should have tried even a simple search of the forum, to find hundreds of threads concerning this topic.
You need to slow down your video from 25 frames per second to 23.976 frames per second.
Try the keywords "convert" and "pal" and "film". You should get quite a few hits on the topic, with instructions on how to proceed.Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything... -
Maibe I ask it wrong
I mean realy convertion without slowdown the video so that 10 minutes of PAL movie is still 10 minutes NTSC Film video after convertion.
Posible ? -
Possible, yes, but not without destructing a frame per second (basically deleting on frame out of 25 to reduce the frame count). It will cause a very slight 'jump' in your video. Not noticable on slow scenes, but it will be noticable on panning shots, and high motion scenes. You could also try blending two frames, into a single frame, but this would cause a blurring affect for those two frames.
One frame a second, is going to slow your movie down by 1/25th of it's regular speed. NTSC Film is simply sped up to convert it to PAL. You would simply be reversing the process to convert it back to FILM. Using the destructive methods above isn't desirable for such a small change in framerate.Impossible to see the future is. I would suggest you use AVISynth, BeSweet, and BeSweet GUI to convert it.
AVISynth is script based. It should be in the TOOLS section (or just go to www.avisynth.org )
AVISource("c:\yourmoviefolder\movie.avi")
AssumeFPS(23.976,False)
The above script will convert your input AVI from PAL to FILM. The audio is done using BeSweet GUI. There is a simple drop down selection for converting audio from PAL (25fps) to FILM (23.976).
AVISynth scripts can be created in Notepad, and saved with a .AVS extension. That file can be dropped in CCE, or TMPGenc for encoding to MPEG.
All of the tools mentioned above should have links to them in the TOOLS section to the left.Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything... -
note to anyone who likes writing guides - please do an NTSC/PAL film conversion guide, i'm fed up of answering the same post!

LOL. I'd do one, but I'm not sure what to do with the images and docs once I have them.
