I've been able to make a few DVD copies, thank to the help, from different people, on this forum. I have a question from a friend, who would like to make DVD copies also, but they only have a CD-Rom Drive.
I told them I thought you needed to have a DVD Drive & A CD Drive. MY question is, can you still make DVD Copies with a CD-Rom Drive, and if you can, can anyone recomend programs that will work with a CD-Rom Drive? Thanks In Advance...

You can only make VCDs and SVCDs with a CD writer. There are certain programs that can put a few minutes of DVD quality on CD-Rs, but unless he is willing to settle for (S)VCD quality, he has to get a DVD wirter to make DVD-Rs.
