i have burned many dvds using my pioneer dvd-rw/r drive -104 firmware 1.33. and have been very happy. everything working fine. i have made copies with both instantcd/dvd & nero all working fine. today i thought i would do some more copies of family dvd's that i have already put on memorex dvd-rw and have got an error. they just will not read in! i checked it in my standalone it wont play. so i checked another disc in my standalone, works fine. i then put it in pc to copy and got the no read error with the second disc. now it will not work in my standalone! these discs have worked faultlessly in my pc & my standalone. checked standalone with other memorex discs and they are fine. has anyone got any suggestions? could it be a problem with the burner? i am lost...
please help....

thankyou for everyone who has taken a look at this post. sadly it looks like i have caused the problem myself! i have somehow i have unchecked the setting for simulation and this means the computer has tried to read in and then write at the same time on the same drive!!!!!!
and so this means i have hours of re capturing of the original footage and then rendering it all again. so a very time wasting mistake. but again thanks to everyone who has given this problem some thought.
