Hello everybody! We all heard of the WTC and Pentagon tragedy but what tears me up the most is what I saw on TV yesterday. A clip of a street in Iraq............ partying, waving their flags, honking horns..... laughing at America's pain. YOU DON'T LAUGH AT SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!!
I feel WW3 coming on. Much like Pearl Harbor in 41. These Palestinians are making it too obvious that it was them. Even if it wasn't them, they deserve to be punished!!! America should arm Canada, Israel, UK, Russia, France, Italy and perhaps Germany and we all go after those rat bastards who taunted us! Call me a racist, call me cold but I cried when I saw that clip. I'm only 13 but I understand.

I absolutely agree. Something will hopefully come of this. I have 3 more semesters(counting the current one) until I get my masters of science. I'm 21 years old, and if will declare war I will be the first down to the stations to enlist. Its hard to contemplate a tragedy like this. My education can stay on hold for a few years, but this situation needs resolved as soon as possible! As americans, we have a hard time realizing how heartless these people can actually be. They have been raised to think that death of someone they dislike is a good thing. This is part of their so called religion. I'm sorry for us to get down and dirty with them. I might even adopt this part of their "religion" into mine, becausse I feel its completely warranted to a certain extent!

The footage of the big lady doing her tongue thing is what really burned me up. It's one thing to get excited when someone looses a football game, but these are lives we are talking about. I don't know anyone in New York, but it was very difficult for me not to cry when I heard some of stories that people expressed today concerning their loved ones that died on the planes and in the WTC.

guys, I totally agree with you that what they were doing was fuking bullshit. however, those people have been lead to believe, brainwashed if you will, by their leaders and others in authority, that the US is the anti-christ. by no means does this excuse their behavior and believe me, I'm as pissed off about this as the next guy; perhaps more so because I'm in the military. anyways, those images made me sick as well and believe me....when we do retaliate, I think most of america will be too stunned by how much carnage we ensue upon those responsible for yesterday's tragedy. eye for an eye? no. life for a life

I think I probably speak for many Americans when I say that I have no illusions about the idiocy of our foreign policy in regards to Israel. Perhaps I am a warhawk, but I have been secretly praying for Israel to initiate full scale war against Palestine ever since this latest breakdown in the "peace talks".

It is indeed unfortunate that so many lives have to be lost at home to wake our leadership up to reality and sway the atttitudes of the European nations to our side. If our government lives up to their promises, Afghanistan's days are numbered, and probably Iraq's, Syria's, Lebanon's, and Libya's. We can only hope...

It's a little ironic...modern Israel was artificially created by the US and European states following WWII. It's somewhat of a contradiction to say we should never have stepped in. However, I agree that we should not be impeding Israel's right to defend itself, even if it requires war (I have the same problem with most of the European nations attitudes toward the region).

I am going to play the devil's advocate and argue that it is a bit arrogant to claim that Israel is responsible for more than a slim portion of the United State's technological capabilities. It is fairly well known that Israel soundly defeated many of the Arab nations during the brief armed conflicts of the 60s and 70s largely because of American equipment that freely provided (and fortunately was better than the Soviet equipment being supplied to the Arabs), and would have been soundly defeated themselves had they not received that equipment. But I digress...

Perhaps the thing I have the hardest time understanding is why so many people would fight so hard over such a crappy geographic location. It's basically a f*ing desert, there are about a million better places in the world to live...If it weren't for the idiocy embodied by the largest organized religions, no one in their right mind would still be living there anyway. Now, excuse me while I retrieve my fire extinguisher, because I'm sure to get flamed now...

I do not recall Israel receiving any weaponry from the US back in the 60 and 70's or even when Israel was declared by nearly all nations of the world, and was IMMEDIATLY attacked by ALL arabs around us, but I don't know so I won't comment on that, it is possible.

But why wouldn't they come over to HELP ? nobody helped Israel! if the Nations of the world didn't have Israel, you would basicly have a completly empty area of democracy, it would all be muslim countries here.

And again, the United States or any other county has NO RIGHT to tell other countries if they are allowed to DEFEND themselfs! everyone has the right to live! and it's in our right to defend and protect our people! Israel has not even ONCE initiated attacks! and I don't care what they say on bloody CNN, cause they are the biggest liares of them all! the Media would sell a country and not tell the truth, just to get higher ratings!

Those ppl are just true believers of their religion and were born and raised with the 'fact' that the western world is crap and that the ppl who live there are just non-believing dogs which should be 'put to sleep' in the name of the holy koran. I'm from Holland but born in Portugal, some arabic ppl were celebrating here too, in the street that is... it's unfortunately NOT illegal, they just celebrating, not a crime they say here.... well... it's below all level but than again, they just don't know any better.. call it shortsighted.. they are not the guilty ones, their leaders are.

Is there a God? No, there is no God. God couldn't let this happen. An if he/she would let this happen? Than, I don't give a sh*t about that God.

Palestinians were partying in the last two days. Not all of them, but almost all. I tried to think about that, how could someone be happy about this terrible act. Palestinians don't live in the normal conditions in the last 50 years. And I think if you live a life like that, you don't care any more, you also want other people to suffer, to pay for that, and you don't care if there are children, women ... And Sefy, I know a few people from Israel, who don't think the way you do.

I don't like one thing about the reactions of the world after this terrible act. When the war in Bosnia started, nothing happened. When the Serbs opened the concentration camps with thousands od people there, nothing happened. After over 200 000 people died, the war was stopped. Nobody gave a sh*t about the people dying somewhere in Bosnia. 3 years long. But now, 2 days after this really terrible act in th US, the whole world wants to start a war. I think that the people who did this, have also to pay for that, but it's hard to choose the right answer/reaction/punishment, and that's pretty dangerous.
