I came across this program called AutoDub. There are only two posts that mention it on here. It is the easiest to use VirtualDub mod ever. It has automatic Avisynth scripting, and one or two fit-cd options. You do not need to configure DivX or XviD it does it automatically. You can also set all the settings manually if you choose. It is very newbie friendly but still powerful.
