  1. I downloaded a Xvid.Avi file when I play it with VLC player it is out of sync by a few seconds. So I doctored it to a MOV. file and run it normaly through ffmpegX v0.0.6e to convert it to SVCD as I normaly do, but that didn't help it. It is still out of sync.

Can anyone help me with this? How can I break up the avi or mov file into video/audio and put that audio/video back together in sync.

    THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!
