Well as posted yesterday I have a PAL verion of a DVD which will not play on my DVD Standalone, my question now is if I re-encode the movie to NTSC with TMPGEnc will there be a huge quality differance and how can I keep the chapters WITHOUT having to author it in an authoring app like DVD Movie Factory etc.
Any help welcome
