Hi, can someone please be so gentil to point some guide (or tell me in short words) how to convert 1 movie ( 62 minuts long ) from NTSC to PAL .

The movie (DVD!) is in mpg 1 (do not know if this is important) I would like to keep the audio (not ac3 or dts), no subtitles.

The first experiences that I made result in a output video that in some scenes the movements created some "stripes" (horizontal).

At first I thought it was in the encoding but now i begin to think that is smartriper because if I watch the original Vob (in the hard drive, the original was not protected) i do not see that stripes.When I demux the vobs, then they apear in the m2v file.

I have: Procoder, CCE 2.5, smartriper, IfoEdit, VobEdit etc.

Any help would be much apreciated, thanks in advanced.
