I tried to use Mainconcept as well, but i have problems to get the just size. I mean, 16:9 is not enough, i need more stretched. Can Machango tell me what is the equivalent with TMPGEnc's " keep aspect ratio " ?

only way is to frameserve from virtualdub or avisynth. Easiest way I found was use fitcd to generate avisynth file then just frameserve into mainconcept. perfect every time!!!
